We agree with Sabrina:Paris is always a good idea; especially if checking in to Left Bank stay Hôtel Thoumieux. We’re eager to try its recently re-styled restaurant, and India Mahdavi-made-over boudoirs send us into reveries of waking up to warm croissants, hitting full-on flâneur mode, then popping a cork on a bottle of the bar’s Loire Valley’s finest before snuggling up under a leopard-print blanket.
