Sulphate free shampoos and conditioners, or sls free, are everywhere now and since I took the plunge, I never looked back. But one thing I do, is not use the same hair products over and over again? Why? In my opinion (and that is the only I can share), my hair benefits from a little rotation.
So I have 4 or 5 sulphate free shampoos and conditioners on rotation throughout the year. I use a matching shampoo and conditioner at a time and they tend to last me 2 (and sometimes 3) months as I wash my hair every 3 days.

Ouai scalp and body scrub
It felt very weird to use a scrub in my scalp but I really enjoyed using this product and I use it once a week. It is actually fabulous as a body scrub too (with enough grit).
